Director of Asset Management

In his role, Sam is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive business plans that encompass marketing strategies, leasing initiatives, and renovation projects tailored to the specific needs of each asset. Samuel is also adept at leading capital investment strategies, managing budgets, and coordinating monthly and quarterly financial reviews with ownership and senior management.

Before joining GRJ LLC, Sam served as Senior Asset Manager at Tides Equities, where he managed a 4,000+ unit portfolio across the Sunbelt market. He gained valuable experience in strategic planning, capital investment, and asset oversight, which directly contributed to enhanced asset performance. Prior to that, Sam worked as an Associate at Trihill Management (formerly Triarch Real Estate Group), overseeing a mixed-use portfolio of 1,000+ units in New York City, where he refined his skills in lease negotiations, operational management, and project execution.
