Stephen Lee, Director of Asset Management at GRJ, oversees portfolio performance, asset-level strategy, and operational execution across the firm’s real estate investments. He focuses on optimizing property performance, identifying value creation opportunities, and working closely with operations teams to drive portfolio results.
Prior to joining GRJ, Stephen held acquisitions and asset management roles at Silver King – Nuvita, VI Group, Asia Capital Real Estate, and Time Equities. Over the course of his career, he has sourced, underwritten, and executed more than $3 billion of institutional real estate equity and structured credit transactions across the United States, Europe, and Asia.
Stephen holds a B.A. in Political Science from Drexel University.
