Antonio Ayarza

Managing Director

Antonio Ayarza, Managing Director at GRJ, oversees the sourcing, acquisition, and due diligence processes for new investments, as well as the disposition and debt placement of existing assets, while also managing all quantitative analyses company-wide.

Before joining GRJ, Antonio served as a Senior Financial Analyst for Comcast and Town Sports International, where he analyzed financial data, assessed business performance, and tracked market trends to deliver actionable recommendations and comprehensive reports.

Antonio holds a B.A. in Finance from Florida Atlantic University and an M.S. in Real Estate from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
