Gregory Jones is the Co-Founder and Co-Managing Member of GRJ, LLC, a vertically integrated real estate investment and development firm he launched in 2010 with his brother, Graham. Headquartered in New York City, GRJ specializes in multifamily and mixed-use projects, with a growing portfolio of affordable housing and select boutique hospitality developments. Since inception, the firm has repositioned or developed more than 2,000 residential units and 300 hotel keys, representing over $1 billion in transaction volume.

Greg leads GRJ’s investment strategy, capital structuring, and economic outlook, with a particular focus on multifamily growth markets. Under his guidance, the firm has expanded nationally, with signature projects that include large-scale multifamily developments in Tennessee, Florida, New York (Manhattan and Brooklyn), Pennsylvania, Mississippi and New Jersey. These efforts have consistently delivered double-digit returns for investors while addressing critical housing needs.

In addition to GRJ, Greg co-founded DALLIEN Realty, which began as GRJ’s leasing arm and has grown into a full-service brokerage and marketing firm in Manhattan. DALLIEN has marketed and leased over 275 buildings and repositioned more than 3,400 units in prime areas of Manhattan and Brooklyn, all with a distinctive owner/developer perspective.

In 2025, Greg co-founded Silverbrook Advisors, a Miami-based commercial real estate advisory platform that brings institutional-quality services in acquisitions, underwriting, asset management, and capital solutions to external clients. Silverbrook now advises on more than $3 billion in assets and has helped clients achieve an average 40% NOI growth across portfolios.

Alongside his brother, Greg oversees a family of companies—including GRJ, DALLIEN, Silverbrook Advisors, and Corsair Management—that employ more than 90 professionals across six states. Recognized as a strategist with deep expertise in multifamily investment, growth, and capital markets, Greg is known for combining institutional-level financial analysis with entrepreneurial agility.

Greg holds a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University. Beyond business, he has served on the board of Public Prep Charter School in New York City and is active as a youth sports coach in New Jersey, where he lives with his family.
