Pat Braudis, Analyst at GRJ, is responsible for underwriting new acquisitions and lending opportunities, supporting the firm’s investment strategy through in-depth market research and financial analysis. In addition to underwriting, he plays a key role in sourcing prospective investments as part of the acquisitions team. Prior to joining GRJ, Pat was an Associate at The Kane Company in Portsmouth, NH, where he led financial analysis for new acquisitions and oversaw performance across the existing portfolio. Pat earned a B.A. in History from the College of the Holy Cross.
