Managing Member
Graham Jones is the Co-Founder and Co-Managing Member of GRJ, LLC, where he specializes in hospitality, design-forward development, and brand creation. He led the launch of Ambros Hotels, a boutique brand delivering wellness-driven stays in untapped coastal markets, beginning with projects such as The Pell Hotel in Newport, RI, and the Ambros Daytona Hotel in Florida.
He also spearheaded and established GRJ’s affordable housing platform, focused on ground-up development and acquisition/rehabs, reflecting his belief in the need for high-quality affordable housing in key growth markets.
In addition to GRJ, Graham co-founded DALLIEN Realty, a Manhattan-based brokerage, and Silverbrook Advisors, a Miami-based commercial real estate advisory platform with more than $3B in assets under advisory.
A graduate of Bowdoin College and the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate, Graham focuses on creating destinations and communities that enhance investor value and elevate resident and guest experiences.
